RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Investigate insurance claims.

-Conduct preliminary investigations on cases as specified and prioritize based on need.

-Prepare and write detailed investigative reports.

-Conduct telephonic recorded statements and prepare summary reports.

-Search online databases to cross-reference information provided by the client.

-Use investigative means to gain additional intel on the assigned claimants.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

2-year Associates Degree (criminal justice degree preferred) or insurance experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-2 or more years’ experience conducting workers compensation/auto liability surveillance

-Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license

-Possess or able to obtain Private Investigator License in the state where work is performed

 

EDUCATION:

-High School Diploma or GED

-4-year college degree (criminal justice degree preferred) or equivalent law enforcement, military, or insurance experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

 

-Ability and willingness to travel as necessary

-Flexibility to work varied and irregular hours and days, including weekends and holidays
